A family based in Chesham Bois HP6 are seeking an experienced, warm and reliable Part-Time Nanny to support the care of their two children.

Children: 3-year-old girl & 5-year-old boy
Driver: Yes, driver is required (own car preferred)
Days & Hours:
Option 1 - 30 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 08:00-18:00
OR
Option 2 - 28 hours per week
Monday & Tuesday | 08:00-18:00
Wednesday & Thursday | 14:00-18:00
Additional hours:
Occasional babysitting and additional hours available
School holiday cover offered in advance where possible
Role Overview:
This role would suit a nanny who is confident providing structure, routine and emotional regulation, particularly during the after-school period. The family place strong value on outdoor play and are keen for the children to spend plenty of time outside.
Both parents work hybrid and have a dedicated office space within the home on working-from-home days.
Responsibilities:
3-year-old (primarily Mondays & Tuesdays):
Planning age-appropriate outings including library visits, classes, playdates and local parks
Supporting development through play in a calm and engaging manner
5-year-old:
School drop-offs and pick-ups
Establishing a calm, consistent after-school routine
Supporting both children with quiet activities, reading, crafts and outdoor play
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience caring for children of similar ages
Warm, nurturing approach with confidence setting clear boundaries
Calm, organised and dependable
Able to plan activities and outings independently
Confident driver (essential)
Enjoys outdoor play and activities in all seasons
Salary & Benefits:
£17-£19 gross per hour (dependent on experience)
