We are looking for a Childcare area Manager based in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area who is required to oversee and manage a number of after school clubs and holiday club sites and their teams effectively according to Policy, Procedures and Best Practice.
Your day will be a mix of office hours and site visits during your working day of 10-6pm Monday to Friday.
This role is all year round however hours can be flexible for the right applicant.
Main tasks include:
-To rota effectively, maintaining consistency and appropriately qualified persons at each site.
-To manage cover in the event of absence
-To recruit to the highest standards possible.
For this role you will need:
-Level 3 or above in childcare
-To have experience of working in the Early years sector
-A minimum of 2 years managerial experience within the Early years sector.
-To be able to lead, motivate and support a team
