An established nursery in Durrington area are looking for a motivated, confident and enthusiastic room leader to join the nursery team. We are looking for a level 3 or above room leader, who has experience of working within the early years sector.
This is a full time role (40-42.5 hours per week) Salary of £13.85 per hour
You will need to be confident to work as part of the nursery team and lead by example to provide an engaging level of learning and development for children in your care.
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Previous experience in the early years sector with ideally experience leading a team.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children
Confidence working within a team and the ability to contribute to a collaborative and nurturing environment
