Are you a compassionate and experienced early years professional with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are a warm and welcoming nursery in Bournemouth looking for a dedicated SEND Practitioner to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children we support.
? About the Role:
As our SEND Practitioner, you’ll work closely with individual children and small groups, tailoring your approach to support a range of developmental and learning needs. You will be responsible for planning and implementing targeted strategies, supporting key children with SEND, and working collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure inclusive, high-quality care and education.
? What We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or a relevant qualification with SEND experience)
Proven experience supporting children with SEND in an early years setting
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and early intervention strategies
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, adaptable approach
Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary team and contributing to individual learning plans (ILPs)

A competitive hourly rate of £13.20
Part-time hours: 30 hours per week
