At Tinies we are looking for a level 3 (or Higher) baby room supervisor to work in a nursery setting in the Poundbury, Dorchester area.The nursery are looking for a confident and experienced childcare professional to work as a baby room supervisor, leading a small team of nursery practitioners and provide a high level of quality childcare according to the nurseries ethos.
You must have:
-level 3 or higher in childcare
-2 years post qualification experience within the early years sector
-The confidence to lead a team by example and communicate with parents and staff.
- A good knowledge of the EYFS which can be implemented through planning, observations and activities.
