Job Description

  • This nursery in CM13 are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or above qualified , Early Years Educator / Practitioner to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who believes in the importance of high-quality early childhood education and is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.     This role is a full time , Monday - Friday role offereing a salary up to £13.53 depending on experience and qualification.

    What we need from you-
    • A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years.
    • Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5, is advantageous
    • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable
    • Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together

    • Provide high-quality care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
    • Lead and support your team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
    • Identify and implement improvements in learning and teaching techniques.
    • Create and enhance stimulating experiences and environments that support children’s development.
    • Promote inclusivity, ensuring that the individual needs of all children in your room are met.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including observations, assessments, and reports.
    • Conduct regular team appraisals, offering support and guidance for professional growth.
    • Collaborate with other Room Leaders and the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
