A beautiful nursery in CM3 is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. Set in a truly unique rural location, this nursery is surrounded by spacious grounds that provide stunning scenic views and a wonderful natural environment for children to learn and play. With large outdoor spaces designed to inspire exploration and creativity, the setting offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-quality care and education in a calm, nature-filled atmosphere. This is a full-time position working with children aged 3 months to 5 years, where you’ll play an important role in supporting their early development, fostering curiosity, and helping them reach their full potential within a warm, nurturing environment. What we need from you:
• Level 2/3 qualification in childcare or higher • Commitment • Passion to deliver outstanding childcare • Ability to work within a team • Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding Your duties will include:
• Taking charge of a key group of children • Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop • Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning. • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children • Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children • Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
