Nursery Manager - Crowland PE6 - Full time 40 hours - £32,000-£36,000 PA - August Start
We are seeking an experienced and confident Nursery Manager to lead a well-established, 70-place setting that opened in 2023 and has already achieved a GOOD Ofsted rating with strong standards. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a thriving nursery with solid foundations and a supportive team, including a strong Deputy Manager.

Requirements
Previous Nursery Manager experience preferred (strong Deputy Managers considered)
Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
Proven leadership and team management skills
Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery
Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are consistently maintained
Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
Oversee compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality practice across the setting
