Nursery Manager - Chafford Hundred RM16 - Full time 50 hours - £38,000 to £42,000 PA - ASAP start
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a busy, well-established nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity for either an existing Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be passionate about early years education, confident in leading a team, and motivated to drive high standards across the setting.
This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas, and support the nursery on its journey of continuous improvement.

Manage staffing, training, and development within the setting
Drive improvements and maintain a positive learning environment for all children
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Experience Previous experience within an early years setting Management or senior leadership experience desirable Applications welcomed from Deputy Managers looking to progress into a Manager role Strong organisational and leadership skills Passionate, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
