Key Responsibilities: - Provide safe, high-quality education and care for early years children - Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements - Lead and manage staff on a day-to-day basis - Contribute to and implement early years policies and procedures - Ensure all statutory, legal, and setting obligations are met - Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the preschool
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a managerial or supervisory role within early years - Level 3 or above childcare qualification (essential) - Knowledgeable about the EYFS and safeguarding standards - Passionate about early years education and child development - Reliable, organised, and confident in leading a team
Additional Information: - Ideally, applicants will be drivers due to the rural location
