This nursery is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join the team on a part-time basis. The position is for 30 hours per week, worked over two and a half days – a half day on Wednesday and full days on Thursday and Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a key group of children within ratio and must demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. The nursery is looking for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to supporting each child’s individual learning and development in a warm and engaging environment.

What we need from you: • Level 2/3+ qualification in childcare or higher • 1+ years’ worth of nursery experience • Passion to deliver outstanding childcare • Ability to work within a team • Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Your duties will include: • Taking charge of a key group of children • Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop • Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning. • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children • Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children • Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
