A lovely nursery in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team. The nursery provides care for children aged 0–5 and offers a warm, stimulating and child-centred environment. Children are encouraged to choose from a range of activities that support independence, curiosity and learning through play. They also take part in engaging, adult-led small and large group activities to build new skills, confidence and social development.

What They Are Looking For:
• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) • Experience working with children aged 0–5 • Passionate about providing high-quality early years care and education • Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to safeguarding
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 • Support child-initiated and adult-led activities • Observe, assess and record children’s development • Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment • Work collaboratively with the team and build positive relationships with families • Uphold the nursery’s policies, values and safeguarding standards
