About the Setting: This nursery is a warm, nurturing setting dedicated to providing high-quality care and early years education. We create a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow in confidence and develop key skills in preparation for school. We are looking for a confident and experienced Room Leader (Level 3) to join our friendly and supportive team, leading a room and ensuring outstanding care and learning experiences for all children. Due to the location, this role is best suited to a driver.

Your Duties Will Include:
Leading and managing a room, supporting and guiding team members Acting as a key person for a group of children Planning and delivering engaging EYFS-based activities Monitoring children’s learning, development, and wellbeing Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards are consistently met Building strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and professionals Overseeing observations, assessments, and tracking of children’s progress Ideal Candidate: Passionate about early years education Confident leader with a positive and proactive attitude
