Do you have a passion for Early Years and love the outdoors? Would you like to work in our beautiful setting which offers much more than your average nursery school?
We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic deputy manager to join our small, vibrant team. We are looking for someone who loves the outdoors and shares our passion for the natural world and the environment around them. Our focus is on outside learning and we are able to offer our children unique opportunities to develop their experience and knowledge on our farm, taking part in activities with our garden team, spending time with animals, picnicking in the grounds of Overbury Court and learning about nature on a walk.
We want someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is a leader but also willing to be part of the team. A key part of this role will be the supervision and support of existing staff members. The role will support the successful candidate to grow and develop with us with the potential to progress to nursery manager in time.
In return we offer a welcoming, friendly working environment in our 36-space nursery for children aged 12 months to five years, plus after school provision. We pride ourselves on knowing all our children as individuals and we all work together to support them to flourish. We have our own cook who provides fresh and healthy home cooked food, much of which is grown with the children at our nursery and in Overbury kitchen gardens.
If you like the sound of us and think you can play a central role in a business that has dynamic and diverse outside education at its core, then we would love to hear from you.
