This Montessori setting in Bristol are a well established and high achieving nursery, they are seeking a nursery manager to take over operations.
The setting is a 40 place setting. The role involves overall operation of the nursery so the owner is looking for someone with previous experience. Montessori experience and qualifications advantageous but not essential. They can also offer to put candidate through Montessori training.
Duties include staff supervisions, updating of policies and procedures, manage occupancy, visits, arranging building maintenance, purchase resources, run inset days, staff development and training, rotas and recording staff hours, record absences, DSL, strategically plan, monitor, evaluate and develop the school, staff recruitment.
Hours: 40 hrs per week
