This lovely setting is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 (or above) Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver outstanding care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework
· Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
· Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
· Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
· Observe, assess, and plan for children’s individual needs
Requirements:
· Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification
· Experience working within an early years setting
· A genuine passion for working with young children
· Good knowledge of the EYFS
Desirable:
· Montessori qualification or a strong interest in Montessori practice
· Interest in or willingness to train as a SENCO

From £28,000 per annum (starting salary dependent on qualifications) Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
