A welcoming family in Creaton (NN6) are looking for a full time, experienced nanny to ideally start in July 2026 to care for their 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter.
The days and hours required are 44 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday 8am - 5pm and Wednesday and Thursday 7am - 8pm, there is some flexibility on this.
This role is predominantly sole charge and would suit a fun and energetic nanny. The little boy loves ball games, reading books, listening and dancing to music, singing, building towers, playing with cars, being outside, getting involved with household chores (hanging up clothes, hoovering etc.) and the little girl enjoys watching and following her elder brother, playing in her walker, crawling and discovering the world around her.
Duties for this Full Time Nanny role include:
• Drop offs and pick ups for eldest child who attends nursery Wednesday– Friday morning
• Preparing and serving meals – breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks
• Light cleaning (mainly after children’s feeding times and tidying toys away)
• Preparing activities for both children to keep them entertained and appropriate for their development at home/garden/play groups/park
• Taking child/children to play groups
• Bath and bedtime routine for Wednesday and Thursday
• Ensuring a safe and happy environment
• Working as a team and liaising effectively with the parents
To apply candidates must have:
• The right to work in the UK
• A level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years is desirable but not essential
• Previous age appropriate, sole charge nanny experience is essential for this role
• A valid 12 hour paediatric first aid certificate (Tinies can assist)
• Nanny insurance (Tinies can advise)
• A clean driving licence, a duty car is available during working hours.
• An enhanced DBS disclosure. A new DBS will be required if your current one is not registered on the Update Service. (Tinies can assist)

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team with the parents
• The ability to work under your own initiative
• Candidates must be able to supply referees for the last 5 years of employment and character referees for any gaps
The hourly rate being offered is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
