Full-time | Permanent | Early Years Leadership Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident and caring Nursery Manager to lead a warm, well-established nursery for children aged 3 months to 5 years. If you're passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment and leading a dedicated team of early years professionals, this role could be a perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing: Leading the nursery team with care, confidence and clarity Delivering high standards across care, learning, and safeguarding Building strong partnerships with families Managing day-to-day operations, staffing, and compliance Creating a supportive culture that values curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child
? What we’re looking for: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred) Strong leadership experience in an early years setting Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities Excellent people skills and a calm, thoughtful approach A genuine passion for early years education
