Essential:- Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 acceptable with significant management experience, but Level 5+ preferred).
- Proven experience as a nursery manager or a deputy manager ready to step up.
- Deep passion for outdoor learning, sustainability, and nature based education.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a rural, community-focused environment.
Desirable:- Experience managing independent or small, private nursery settings.
- Knowledge of integrating outdoor/agricultural experiences into early years education.
