Role Summary We are seeking a warm, reliable and proactive Nanny / Housekeeper to support a busy family in Bothwell with the care of three children (ages 15, 10, and 4) and the smooth running of the household. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organised and confident managing a range of childcare and housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities Childcare ? Provide full care for three children (aged 15, 10, and 4) ? School pick-ups and transportation to and from after-school and extracurricular activities ? Support with homework and music practice ? Supervise and engage with the children in a caring and supportive way ? Occasional overnight care as required Housekeeping ? Change children’s bed linen ? Support children in keeping their bedrooms dusted and hoovered ? Family laundry and ironing ? Hoovering and surface cleaning in all communal areas (living rooms, hall, kitchen, bathrooms) ? General tidying and maintenance of a clean household environment Meal Preparation ? Weekly meal planning and food shopping ? Prepping and cooking family meals
Additional Information ? Flexibility is essential, as working hours may occasionally change based on family schedules and work travel. ? Additional hours are available by agreement. ? Opportunity (not essential) to accompany the family for approx. 4 weeks per year during school holidays in Spain.
Requirements ? Previous experience in a similar nanny/housekeeper role ? Full UK driving licence and own car preferred (or ability to reliably commute) ? Strong organisational and multitasking skills ? Warm, responsible, and dependable nature ? PVG check (or willing to obtain) ? Excellent references
