Part-Time Permanent Nanny – Coventry
A family in Coventry are seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny to join them on a permanent, part-time basis.
The role will initially be shared care while Mum is on maternity leave, transitioning to sole charge when Mum returns to work in 2026.
The family have two children, aged 3 years and 6 months. There are no pets and no allergies in the home.
Role Details:
Days: 2–3 days per week
Hours: 7:00am – 7:30pm
Start Date: May 2026 (earlier start possible for the right candidate)
Salary: £18,200 – £29,250 gross per annum (dependent on 2 or 3 days per week)
Driver: Essential – own car required (mileage reimbursed)
Location: Coventry
Duties Include:
School and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
Full nursery duties, including:
Children’s laundry
Bed linen
Tidying play areas and keeping children’s spaces organised
Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Attending classes and groups with the baby
Supporting the children’s development through play and learning
Meal preparation for the children
About You:
Proven experience caring for babies and toddlers
Reliable, confident, and organised – particularly important as Dad travels frequently for work
Warm, engaging, and proactive in daily routines and activities
Dad works from home in a dedicated office space, allowing the Nanny full responsibility for the children during working hours.
