PAY: Starting salary of £30,000 and bonus scheme

Essential Requirements:

· At least 2 years experience in nursery management

· Level 3 Childcare Qualification as a minimum

· Full Time 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the nursery setting. This role requires working in collaboration with others and taking responsibility for working in line with regulatory requirements and following setting policies and procedures.

· Providing?leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.?

· Being?responsible for the smooth running of the nursery,?always ensuring high quality care and education.??

· Providing?leadership to the team and providing?guidance and support to all staff.??

· Working closely with parents and families, to continue building strong relationships.??

· Working with colleagues and other professionals to make sure that children’s needs are met.

· Recruiting and inducting suitably qualified and experienced staff.?

· Ensuring?the nursery remains Ofsted compliant.

· To have a good knowledge of the EYFS.

· Attend training and meetings as when required.

· Any other appropriate duties as and when required.
