Qualified Early Years Practitioner
Days: Monday to Friday (all year round)
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: £23,000 – £29,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Early Years Teacher
The nursery is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher who can deliver high-quality teaching that fosters curiosity and progress in every child, while working collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen practice across the setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and care in line with the nursery’s ethos, values, policies, and procedures
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities that reflect children’s interests and support progress
Maintain a safe, clean, and purposeful environment where children feel secure and motivated
Work collaboratively with colleagues to follow agreed routines and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Ensure continuity and consistency of routines in the absence of the room leader
Share and model good practice to support strong teaching and teamwork across the nursery
Support the Child First Development Plan, tracking children’s development to inform planning and next steps
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, ensuring clear handovers and regular updates
Reflect on practice, welcome feedback, and actively seek professional development opportunities
Develop self-leadership skills
Engage with the nursery’s Talent Development Programme at an appropriate level
