    We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Room Leader to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our setting, working with children aged 6 months to 4 years.

    ? What You'll Be Doing

    As our Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. You’ll lead by example, guiding your team and fostering strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues alike.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    Leading with Purpose – Inspire and support your team with hands-on guidance and mentorship.

    Creating Magic Moments – Design and deliver engaging, curiosity-driven activities that reflect each child’s interests and developmental needs.

    Empowering Individuality – Champion every child’s uniqueness, helping them grow in confidence and independence.

    Safeguarding Excellence – Ensure children’s safety and well-being through strict adherence to safeguarding and Ofsted standards.

    Collaborating & Communicating – Build positive relationships with families and work in partnership with colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment.

    ? What You’ll Need

    A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK equivalent)

    Experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years

    Experience supporting and leading a team

    A sound understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements

    A genuine passion for early years and a drive to make a difference every day
