Plan and implement activities that spark curiosity, learning, and development.

Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing regular updates and support.

Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Banana Moon policies and procedures.

Act as a key point of contact for inspections and support visits, helping maintain our excellent reputation.

Assist in recruitment, inductions, and ongoing staff development.

Promote the nursery to prospective families through engaging show rounds and community involvement.

A confident leader with a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare.

A team player with a nurturing personality and a passion for early years education.

A chance to make a real impact on children’s lives every day.

    Competitive salary and benefits package.
