Salary: £26,000 to £27,000

What You'll Be Doing:
Creating inspiring, challenging, and inclusive learning environments.
Ensuring children’s safety, well-being, and development are always the top priority.
Observing, assessing, and planning tailored learning journeys for your key children.
Building strong, respectful relationships with families, supporting children’s emotional development from the start.
Keeping accurate records, including attendance registers, observations, and developmental reports.
Maintaining high hygiene and health & safety standards, including first aid and medication duties.
Supporting the team with training, mentoring, and student inductions.
Handling queries and complaints in a professional, approachable manner.
Contributing to family communication, from newsletters to open days, ensuring every family feels valued and heard.
Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
A warm, positive and proactive attitude with a genuine love for working with children.
A good understanding of safeguarding, child development and EYFS frameworks.
A team player who brings creativity, ambition and a willingness to grow.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Relevant Early Years qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred).
