    Location: Chipping Norton

    Hours: Full Time (Flexible)

    Salary: £26,000 to £27,000

    What You'll Be Doing:

    ? Creating inspiring, challenging, and inclusive learning environments.

    ?? Ensuring children’s safety, well-being, and development are always the top priority.

    ? Observing, assessing, and planning tailored learning journeys for your key children.

    ??? Building strong, respectful relationships with families, supporting children’s emotional development from the start.

    ? Keeping accurate records, including attendance registers, observations, and developmental reports.

    ? Maintaining high hygiene and health & safety standards, including first aid and medication duties.

    ? Supporting the team with training, mentoring, and student inductions.

    ? Handling queries and complaints in a professional, approachable manner.

    ? Contributing to family communication, from newsletters to open days, ensuring every family feels valued and heard.

    ? Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For:

    A warm, positive and proactive attitude with a genuine love for working with children.

    A good understanding of safeguarding, child development and EYFS frameworks.

    A team player who brings creativity, ambition and a willingness to grow.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Relevant Early Years qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred).
