A family based in Oxford is seeking a Part-Time Nanny to care for their baby. The mother will be working from home. This is the family’s first time employing a nanny.
Initial Schedule (First Two Weeks):
Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Estimated Pay for Initial Period: £384 to £432 gross (based on 12 hours per week)
Ongoing Schedule:
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Estimated Annual Salary: £13,312 to £14,976 gross (based on 16 hours per week)
Duties Include:
Planning and engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities
Supporting sleep routines
Taking the child on walks and to local parks
Preparing meals and assisting with weaning
Incorporating outdoor play, singing, baby massage, and yoga where appropriate
Additional Information:
One cat in the household
A driver is not required
Non-smoker essential
Ideal Candidate:
Montessori-trained (preferred, not essential)
Mature, with relevant experience and a professional, calm approach
Interested in outdoor activities, nature exploration, and development-focused care
