Main responsibilities: ? Supporting a key group of children and monitoring development ? Creating engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs ? Delivering high standards of care and education ? Building strong relationships with families and colleagues ? Ensuring children’s health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
? Completing observations and assessments in line with EYFS
