Key Responsibilities: - Supervise children during lunch periods to ensure a safe and enjoyable mealtime - Support feeding for babies and younger children as needed - Encourage good manners and hygiene practices - Assist with setting up and clearing lunch areas - Engage children in calm, age-appropriate activities post-lunch - Ensure a clean and tidy environment is maintained at all times - Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
Requirements:
- Full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
- Previous experience working with children (in a nursery or similar setting preferred) - A kind, patient, and positive attitude - Good communication and teamwork skills - A valid and up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Hours: Typically between 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (can be 10:30am-2:30pm)
