What we need from you:
• A full Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or higher) • Commitment to providing outstanding childcare and education • Passion for supporting young children’s development • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to demonstrate leadership when required • Broad knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • A proactive and positive attitude
Your duties will include:
• Taking responsibility for a key group of children, supporting their welfare, learning, and development • Planning and delivering rich, engaging learning opportunities aligned with EYFS milestones • Providing high-quality teaching, care, and emotional support • Safeguarding and promoting the safety and well-being of all children • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals • Using observations and assessments to track progress and tailor individual learning • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring team members to ensure exceptional standards • Creating stimulating, organised learning environments both indoors and outdoors • Upholding all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies • Maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and staff
