Job Description

    What we need from you:

    • A full Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or higher)
    • Commitment to providing outstanding childcare and education

    • Broad knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    • Providing high-quality teaching, care, and emotional support

    • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals
    • Using observations and assessments to track progress and tailor individual learning
    • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring team members to ensure exceptional standards
    • Creating stimulating, organised learning environments both indoors and outdoors
    • Upholding all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies
    • Maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and staff
