A beautiful and well-established nursery in SE26 is looking for a caring and dedicated Baby Room Practitioner (Level 3+) to join their friendly team. This Ofsted-registered nursery, graded ‘Good’, is committed to providing exceptional childcare in a warm, safe, and stimulating environment.

What we need from you:
• Level 3 childcare qualification (or higher) • A nurturing, calm, and committed approach • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to babies and young children • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
Your responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for a key group of babies, supporting all areas of their early development • Provide rich learning experiences and exceptional, responsive care • Plan and deliver appropriate activities tailored to the needs and routines of each child • Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children • Build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents/carers, and external professionals • Complete accurate observations and assessments that reflect each child’s stage of development, interests, and needs
