Ofsted Registered Nanny Required – Start April – 4 Days per Week (Mon–Thu 8am–6pm) + Additional Rota Hours
Location: Harrow HA7
Salary: £40,000 Gross Per Annum
A warm and welcoming returning client is seeking an experienced, caring and highly organised Ofsted Registered Nanny to join their family from April, as their much-loved nanny is sadly relocating due to family circumstances.
This is a busy but rewarding role working with a lovely family who value professionalism, reliability and kindness.
The Role
Monday–Thursday, 8am–6pm
Additional hours:
Monday evenings every 2–3 weeks
Saturday mornings every 3–4 weeks
Additional hours are arranged on a clear 6-month rota, aligned with Mum’s medical rota (Mum is a doctor and Dad is a rabbi, so some flexibility is essential).
The family are offering £40,000 gross per annum and are happy for the additional rota hours to be arranged either as paid overtime or offered as time in lieu, depending on preference.
The Children
The family have three children aged 7, 4 and 1 year old, including their eldest daughter who has special educational needs and has recently started at a specialist school.
The nanny will:
Provide attentive, nurturing and structured care
Support with after-school routines
Take the children to extracurricular activities
Ensure smooth daily transitions and consistency
A calm, patient and proactive approach is essential.
Duties
Sole charge care
Meeting specialist school transport at home each afternoon
School runs on foot
Taking the children to activities and extracurricular clubs (a confident driver is required for these)
Children’s laundry
Keeping children’s areas tidy and organised
Maintaining a clear and tidy home environment
Supporting routines and development
Requirements
Ofsted Registered (essential)
Confident driver
Experience with special educational needs preferred
Highly organised and proactive
Warm, reliable and flexible
Able to commit long-term
