Requirements:
Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted standards
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
Lead, manage, and develop staff teams
Ensure high-quality care, learning, and safeguarding standards
