We’re looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to lead a new team and ensure a brand new, freshly refurbished nursery runs smoothly, providing a nurturing environment for both staff and children. The setting is situated in Staines within a converted station, and is due to open in September!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the nursery team, ensuring high performance and growth.
- Oversee the educational programme, ensuring it meets EYFS standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations and quickly resolve any issues to maintain high care standards.
- Assist with fee collection, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed and involved.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work culture, supporting staff development and engagement.
What You’ll Need:
- A love for working with children and providing top-quality care.
- Nursery management experience and a Level 3 or higher qualification in early years education.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence with tech, including Microsoft Office and nursery management tools.
- A passion for continuous learning and growth.
