A warm and kind family are seeking a caring, proactive, and dependable nanny to support them in looking after their two daughters and their baby boy, who is due in October.
The family would love to find someone who is genuinely passionate about working with children and who will take a thoughtful, nurturing approach to their care. They are looking for someone whose primary focus is the children — ensuring they are engaged, safe, and having fun — while also supporting their emotional security and development through open communication and rich interactions.
Newborn experience is essential, as the role will involve supporting with all aspects of newborn care from October onwards.
Duties include: School and nursery pick-up and drop-off, helping the eldest settle into a new school and supporting the family’s transition from the US to the UK. planning, shopping for, and preparing nutritious meals for the children, child-related laundry and maintaining clean and organised play and bedroom areas, engaging the children through reading, play, outings, and age-appropriate classes, supporting the children’s learning and development through thoughtful conversation and activities, providing a calm and nurturing presence during bath and bedtime routines, supporting the family with preparation for the next day
Please note a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date paediatric first aid certificate OR willing to apply for one upon a job offer are essential to apply for this role. "
