About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join a dedicated team in Hanwell, W7. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support the physical, emotional, and educational development of children - Maintain accurate children’s records, observations, and assessments
- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for all children and staff
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to meet the needs of each child
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in an early years setting - Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
