We’re hiring on behalf of a small, friendly, and fun early years setting in Hounslow (TW3), who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join their lovely team in the Under 2s Room. We’re looking for someone who is: • Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or equivalent) • Confident and enthusiastic about working with babies and toddlers • Knowledgeable in EYFS and safeguarding procedures • Passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing space for young children • A strong communicator and a reliable team player
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality care and education to children under 2 • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
