A lovely family are seeking a kind, caring and mature after-school nanny to look after their two children. Their young son is currently undergoing assessment following some observations around his sensory processing and behaviour, so the family are looking for someone who is calm, patient and confident in setting clear but gentle boundaries.
They would love a nanny who can provide consistent support for both children, helping to encourage good manners, respectful behaviour and effective communication within the home. Creating a warm, structured and nurturing environment will be key, alongside offering fun and engaging activities at the end of each school day.
Main duties will include: School and nursery pick-up, Cooking or serving a healthy evening meal, Organising outings and local after-school trips, Providing age-appropriate activities and play that are stimulating and enjoyable.
This role would suit a nanny who is naturally calm, understanding and proactive, with a genuine interest in supporting children’s social and emotional development. In return, the family offer a warm and welcoming environment where you will be valued as an important part of their children’s lives.
Please note a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date paediatric first aid certificate OR willing to apply for one upon a job offer are essential to apply for this role.
