We’re recruiting for someone to join this lovely Stoke Newington Nursery. They require a experienced and confident Deputy Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and thrives in a hands-on leadership role.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting, while also leading by example on the floor. This is a highly practical role – you’ll spend approximately 80% of your time room-based, working closely with the children and staff to deliver outstanding care and education. The remaining 20% will be office-based, focused on planning, administration, and compliance duties.
We are specifically seeking a Deputy Manager with previous experience in a similar role, who understands the balance between leadership, operational tasks, and active engagement in the rooms.
Please note: There is no parking available on-site, so we recommend this role for candidates who are local or able to commute via public transport.
