Experience Nursery Manager needed in Winchester
The nursery based in Winchester is looking for an experienced nursery manager to come and oversee the running of the nursery. This is a full time role with a salary up to £55 419 per annum with benefits such as

The company are looking for a nursery manager with previous management experience of a strong deputy manager ready to take the net step in their career.
The nursery is 136 places and as Nursery Manger you will be expected to
-Lead the nursery staff team
-Ensure all children and families receive high quality care and education
-Train, Support and inspire your staff team
-Work with the families of the children
-Drive occupancy in the nursery
-Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
For this role you will ideally have a level 5 or above childcare qualification but must have level3 as a minimum. You will have strong leadership experience and have an underpinning knowledge of how to provide high quality care and education
