Job Description

  • Children’s Activity Coordinator – Up to £28,000 per year

    Location: Camberley, Surrey

    Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

    Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential

    Are you passionate about working with children and ready to take the next step in your career? A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Children’s Activity Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team based at our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey.

    We are a fully Ofsted-registered childcare provider operating over 50 breakfast, after school, and holiday clubs across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and Richmond. With a team of over 200 staff and an outstanding track record of inspection results, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fun, and engaging childcare to children aged 4 to 13.

    ? Key Responsibilities:

    Support with planning and preparing resources, managing equipment, developing activity programmes, and marketing to schools and parents

    Lead and manage breakfast, after school, or holiday clubs – ensuring smooth daily operations and a safe, engaging environment for children

    Supervise and motivate a team of club staff

    Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff

    Understand and apply relevant Ofsted standards and internal policies

    Organise and lead team meetings

    ? What We’re Looking For:

    Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

    A fun, energetic, and creative personality

    Experience working with children aged 4–13 (preferred but not essential)

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Confidence in leading activities and managing a team

    Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
