We are working with a Nursery who are looking for a Deputy Manager to join their team!
You’ll support our experienced Nursery Manager in leading a highly qualified team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities. This role is key in helping us inspire the future for our children by delivering the very best care and education through our unique curriculum.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and mentoring room-based colleagues to deliver best practice and meet regulatory compliance
Assisting in the commercial running of the nursery, including:
Managing parent enquiries, tours, and enrolments
Budget management and staff rostering
Recruitment, performance, and staff wellbeing
Ensuring children remain at the heart of everything we do
