We’re now looking for a passionate Room Supervisor to join our team and help children shine through our bespoke curriculum and nurturing environment.
Your Role:
As Room Supervisor, you will:
Lead a dedicated team in one of our baby, toddler, or preschool rooms
Guide colleagues in delivering high-quality care and education rooted in the EYFS framework
Create safe, stimulating spaces where children can move, explore, and learn at their own pace
Support daily operations through effective organisation, planning, and prioritisation
Mentor and coach your team with empathy, fostering growth through reflective practice
Build strong, positive relationships with families and keep them actively involved in their child’s journey
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes our values (Support, Honesty, Inspiration, Nurturing, Empowerment) and brings warmth, creativity, and professionalism to their role.
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Experience leading a nursery room or supervising colleagues
Strong understanding of child development and commitment to child-led learning
Proven ability to uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
A proactive, positive attitude and genuine love for working with children and families
