We are working with a Nursery just a short walk from Farnham train station, we believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and free to explore. Our beautifully renovated nursery provides a warm, home-like atmosphere where children lead their own play and learning. We’re now looking for a dedicated 3rd in Charge to join our leadership team and help us create magical early years experiences.
Your Role
As 3rd in Charge, you will:
Lead one of our baby, toddler, or preschool rooms, creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment
Champion our bespoke “Where Children Shine” curriculum alongside the EYFS framework
Step up in the absence of the Nursery Manager or Deputy to ensure smooth daily operations and Ofsted readiness
Mentor and support your team with coaching, observations, and reflective practice
Build strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and involved in their child’s journey

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Proven experience leading a nursery room/team
Strong knowledge of child development and safeguarding practices
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
A genuine passion for early years education and child-led learning
