We are looking for a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join a growing team in a family run, private nursery in East Molesey.
There is parking on the roads surrounding the nursery.
Requirements for the role:
· Has a positive and encouraging approach to leading a diverse staff team
· Has a genuine passion and enjoyment for working with children
· Has a commitment to safeguarding and will support the nursery in its high standard of safety and safeguarding
· Has a friendly personality with a flexible and calm approach
· Has a minimum of a level 3 qualification in childcare
· Is motivated to manage workload, deadlines and manage time effectively to deliver the desired results
You will be required to:
· Contribute to ensuring the nursery complies with all relevant legislation, plus local authority and OFSTED requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
· Ensure that children are kept safe and support staff to understand and, when necessary, follow Safeguarding Procedures
· Build positive relationships between children, parents/carers and team members
· Enable the team to provide rich learning opportunities for the children
· Promote and maintain the Nursery’s reputation for providing exemplary practice

Experience:
· Nursery: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
