- Room Leader Role
This setting based in Woodford Green is an award-winning nursery that is looking for an experience and enthusiastic Room Leader to join their close-knit team. This setting is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. This role is a 4 day role with the option to work 5 days a week with the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm. This role ideally is for an experience room leader with a Level 3 + in childcare. Salary gude varies depending on the qualification of the candidate.
Salary Guide:
Level 3 - Level 5 in childcare - £15.00 per hourLevel 6 in childcare - £15.50 per hourBenefits:

Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with lead educators to assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
-Support classroom routines and transitions, ensuring a smooth and organised daily schedule.
- Interact with children during playtime, encouraging positive social interactions and fostering a sense of curiosity.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment that promotes optimal learning and exploration.
-Observe and document children's progress and behaviours as directed by lead educators.
-Participate actively in team meetings, professional development sessions, and training opportunities.
-Uphold the values and standards of Nannies Annies
-Follow and Adherent the structure of our educational programs
