Job Description
- Nanny needed Live in or Live out ASAP
A warm and welcoming family in Essex is seeking a calm, caring, and nurturing nanny to care for their 9-month-old baby. The family follows Montessori principles and encourages child-led play, so they are looking for someone who is supportive of this approach.Schedule & Benefits:- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (with 1–2 days per week 7:30am–6:00pm)
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Duty use of car provided
- Opportunity to work in a supportive, family-focused environment
Role Responsibilities:- Providing attentive, loving care for the baby
- Organising daily baby/toddler classes and arranging age-appropriate outings
- Supporting the child’s development through Montessori and play-based activities
- Carrying out typical nanny duties, including light housekeeping related to the child
- Preparing family meals (ideal but not essential)
Additional Information:- A driver would be preferred, but not essential – a car is available for duty use
- The family owns a friendly Cocker Spaniel, so applicants must be comfortable around dogs
- This can be offered as a live-in role, with a spacious double bedroom and private ensuite located on the top floor
- Must have First aid, DBS and Childcare experience.
