- Preschool Room Leader needed in TN15
A beautiful nursery setting based in TN15 are looking to add an enthusiastic and passionate part time ROOM LEADER to their setting! The rural location offers an idyllic surrounding for children to explore nature while building their imaginations and understanding of the world around them.

What we need from you:
• Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
• Experience in a nursery setting 1 year +
• Commitment
• Passion to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Your duties will include:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas.
• Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day-to-day basis.
