Job Description

  • Level 3 Childcare Practitioner (Qualified Practitioner)
    Location: Hanwell, W7

    Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week

    Salary:£13.80 per hour

    Contract Type: Permanent

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join a dedicated team in Hanwell, W7. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
      Support the physical, emotional, and educational development of children
    • Maintain accurate children’s records, observations, and assessments
    • Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for all children and staff
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to meet the needs of each child
    • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times


    Requirements:
    • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent)
      Previous experience working in an early years setting
    • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • A genuine passion for working with children
