  • About the Nursery

    A well-established, high-quality day nursery in Ealing providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating “home-from-home” environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The setting follows the EYFS framework, with a strong focus on play-based learning, independence, and school readiness.

    The Role

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality childcare and early years education, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

    Support children’s learning across all 7 areas of development

    Observe, assess, and track children’s progress

    Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

    Provide high standards of care including feeding, hygiene, and sleep routines

    Build strong relationships with parents and carers

    Maintain accurate records, including learning journals

    Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies

    Requirements

    Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)

    Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

    Previous nursery or early years experience (preferred)

    Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

    Strong communication and teamwork skills
